Tim Perceval

A professional photographer since 2001 based in Provence, France and more recently Scotland.

Working in fashion and wedding photography including lifestyle and portraits in Provence, Paris, London, Brighton, Scotland and the USA.

In France he is an established photographer of monumental sculpture having photographed large sculpture parks and contributing to several catalogues for galleries and artists.

Also a landscape and nature photographer specialising in photography of butterflies of which several articles and books have been published.

His nature photos are represented by Gamma Rapho and Getty Images.

Extensive experience in interior and exterior architectural photography. Works also for AirBnB international.

Born in London and descended from a renowned family of Australian artists. Tim Perceval started life travelling between London, the South of France and Tuscany.

An epic, eye-opening journey at a young age discovering several aboriginal communities throughout Australia left a lasting impression.

Such a nomadic start became a natural part of life and he went on to live and work in several countries including journeys throughout Asia, Central America and Europe.

His education started with an early talent for piano with later studies in Astrophysics, Ecology and finally obtaining an MSc in Environmental Management from UNE, Australia.

He worked with major contemporary art galleries in Sydney for 5 years before organising a travelling show of Australian Aboriginal Art to Provence, Mexico and California.

He settled in Provence in the South of France in 1999

Now based also in Stirling, Scotland.
